Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new workshops within assigned Emirates through regular field visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with workshop owners and management.
Conduct market research and analysis.
Drive market expansion and strengthen brand presence in assigned territories.
Achieve targeted growth by increasing market share within designated areas.
Execute business development initiatives with shortlisted independent workshops (IWS) to meet sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge of local market dynamics and workshop/automotive service networks.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive market expansion.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
Strong data collection, reporting, and basic analytical skills.
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively across assigned Emirates.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
