Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new workshops within assigned Emirates through regular field visits.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with workshop owners and management.

  • Conduct market research and analysis.

  • Drive market expansion and strengthen brand presence in assigned territories.

  • Achieve targeted growth by increasing market share within designated areas.

  • Execute business development initiatives with shortlisted independent workshops (IWS) to meet sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of local market dynamics and workshop/automotive service networks.

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive market expansion.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.

  • Strong data collection, reporting, and basic analytical skills.

  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively across assigned Emirates.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
