The Field Sales Manager is a pivotal role within our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence by leading a team of sales professionals. Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of proven experience in sales management roles.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and direct teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and improve business performance.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
