Be familiar with appropriate analytical skills and experimental techniques for Motor repair & Service.

Be capable of installation, testing, commissioning, inspection, trouble shooting, major overhauling, repair, and field balancing of motors

Be effective communication and document results through internal documentations.

Good knowledge of auto CAD software, certification is preferred.

Comply with an excellent grasp of engineering and design principles in electric motors products.

Be familiar with manufacturing process and methods for motor products.

Be good team-working skills.

Be capable of testing with all mechanical & electrical apparatus.

Be aware of the environmental impact of motor design ideas.

Work with internal resources and vendors to carry out solutions for motor rectification.

Conduct troubleshooting and failure analysis on site or workshop.

Manage vendors claim and monitoring work process till close the claim.

Develops materials & product specifications for repair using research, analytical skills, conceptual and planning skills, and computer-aided design.

Prepare services cost estimates use in service quotations.

Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of services operations.

Ensure the goals are able to cooperate with operations, Q/C, and supplies to clearly outline product specifications, discuss services process issues, and resolve service / repair problems in a timely manner.

Provide training / mentoring to less experienced department staff.

Generate innovative ideas to propose and establish updated skills..

Update industrial knowledge and technology to the service.
