Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain multi-functional product (MFP) and related hardware.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues affecting MFP.
Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal MFP performance.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on printer functions and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate printers with network systems.
Monitor and document all service requests and resolutions.
Adhere to safety standards and protocols during repair and maintenance operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
2 years of experience in printer support and maintenance.
Technical knowledge of printers, copiers, and related hardware.
Experience in Managed Print Services software configuration
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
UAE Driving License is preferred.
