Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and financial data.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
  • Handle general accounting tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
  • Manage VAT records, ensure compliance with VAT regulations, and support VAT return filings.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Assist with tax-related matters and coordinate with external auditors/authorities when needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial documentation and record-keeping.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
  • Part-qualified or qualified ACCA (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and general accounting principles.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing and analyzing P&L statements.
  • Understanding of taxation and VAT compliance is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
