Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Admin Manager to join our leadership team in Abu Dhabi. This role will oversee all financial, administrative, and operational functions of the organization, ensuring sound fiscal management, compliance, and efficiency across departments. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the organization s growth, sustainability, and long-term goals by providing strong financial leadership and effective administrative governance.

Experience within MOE (Ministry of Education) schools or the UAE education sector will be considered highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Oversee administrative operations, procurement, and compliance processes.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and risk management.
  • Liase with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Support executive leadership in strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
  • Manage and mentor finance and administration staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with MOE financial and administrative guidelines where applicable.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master s degree or MBA preferred).
  • Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or CMA is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, and administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in MOE schools, educational institutions, or the UAE education sector is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken and written).
