Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining financial records and updating accounting systems.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily transactions.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries.

  • Support VAT documentation and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial information.
  • Assist the finance team with audits and administrative tasks when required.
