Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Business Analyst with specialized expertise in Temenos Islamic Banking and Temenos Transact-Implementation. This senior-level role requires translating intricate business needs into precise system specifications, shaping configuration approaches, and validating solution options within a financial services setting. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across product, technology, and risk functions to ensure compliant, scalable Islamic banking solutions and drive successful implementation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery and documentation of requirements for Islamic banking products, emphasizing clarity, traceability, and regulatory alignment.
  • Convert strategic objectives into detailed system requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Shape solution designs and configuration roadmaps to align with controls and risk management practices.
  • Support testing activities, including planning, execution, and defect management across the lifecycle.
  • Produce thorough documentation and training resources for end users and operators.
  • Coordinate with business, technology, and risk stakeholders to secure alignment and timely decisions.
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support to optimise performance and sustain regulatory compliance.
