Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis to assess case profitability trends and align with pricing strategies.
- Prepare detailed dashboards and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with sector leads, partners, and other business functions.
- Oversee invoicing processes and accounts receivable management.
- Advise on pricing strategies and review commercial proposals for tenders.
- Lead monthly meetings with practice leaders to discuss key financial metrics.
- Drive process improvements in collaboration with the regional finance team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Requirements:
10-15 years of financial analysis experience within consultancy or professional services.
Accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is essential.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
Experience mentoring junior colleagues and providing constructive feedback.
Attention to detail and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
