Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Finance Responsibilities:
Manage overall financial operations including accounting, reporting, and budgeting.
Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and management reports.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
Implement cost control measures and improve financial processes.
HR Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business needs.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Support organizational development and workforce planning
Desired Candidate Profile
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
Professional certifications (CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA) will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar combined role.
Strong knowledge of financial management, HR practices, and labor laws.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
