Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Finance Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall financial operations including accounting, reporting, and budgeting.

  • Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and management reports.

  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking activities.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

  • Coordinate internal and external audits.

  • Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

  • Implement cost control measures and improve financial processes.

HR Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business needs.

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.

  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.

  • Support organizational development and workforce planning

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.

  • Professional certifications (CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA) will be an added advantage.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar combined role.

  • Strong knowledge of financial management, HR practices, and labor laws.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
