Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organisation's goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal financial requirements.
- Lead and manage the accounting and finance teams effectively.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing actionable insights.

- Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
A successful Finance Director should have:
- A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA are highly desirable.
- The ability to be in a hands on, tactical finance role.
- Proven expertise in managing accounting and finance operations within the property industry.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the UAE.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire teams effectively.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
