- Provide a meaningful picture of the financial situation of the company by managing the timely and accurate financial reporting which includes various monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance analyses.

- Manage the financial forecasting and budgeting on a timely manner with the active involvement of various stakeholders including Division / Department Heads...

- Handle financial planning and profitability analysis, business etc across the company / various businesses and provide the necessary updates to CEO.

- Coordinate with Head Office – Finance & Procurement on accounting standards, financial systems, and reporting formats.

- Advises the top management on the financial consequences of all the proposed course of actions including identification of financial risks (insurable & non- insurable) and assist in the development of business plans.

- Assisted by the team of finance managers and accountants, supervises the analysis of complex financial data ,extract and define relevant information, and interpret data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability or trend.

- Oversee receivables, payables, and inventory management to ensure healthy liquidity and operational efficiency.

- Monitor and manage daily, monthly, and long-term cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs, capital expenditures, and debt servicing.

- Manage relationships with banks and finance companies to meet any financial requirements, ensure compliance and maintain adequate debt equity ratio levels.

- Implement financial forecasting and working capital controls, optimizing receivables, payables, and inventory cycles to maintain financial stability and efficiency.

- Provide data and reports as required by Head Office – Finance and provide clarifications as required.

- Lead and develop the finance team, and ensuring high levels of professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness through effective appraisal, feedback and performance monitoring

- Plan and manage short term and long-term funding requirements taking in to consideration the growth and expansion plans.

Oversee the finance function in other subsidiaries / associated companies and related ventures in Oman as well as other GCC countries.
