Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and review daily accounting entries across all entities.
Perform daily bank balance and settlement reconciliations across multiple banks and
entities.
Reconcile crypto balances across cold wallets , DEX’s and centralized exchanges.
Oversee and validate accounting entries in Zoho Books / Zoho Finance.
Manage salary payments, vendor payments, and other operational banking transaction
with finance team
Review and supervise accounting entries processed by the finance team.
Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants across multiple jurisdictions for timely
filings of taxations in multiple jurisdictions
Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
Hands-on experience in bank reconciliations and settlement accounting.
Understanding of crypto transactions, wallets, and exchanges.
Experience with Zoho Books / Zoho Finance.
Exposure to multi-entity and multi-currency accounting environments.
Ability to work with auditors, tax advisors, and cross-functional teams.
