FINANCE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership: Oversee all accounting operations including AR/AP, payroll, and tax compliance
Strategic Planning: Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide business decisions
Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs and prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports
Cash Flow Management: Optimize working capital and treasury functions
Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE financial regulations and IFRS standards
Team Management: Lead and develop the finance team (2-4 direct reports)
Business Partnership: Collaborate with executives on growth initiatives and investments

Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor s in Finance/Accounting (CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred)
Experience: 7+ years in finance with 3+ years in a managerial role
Industry Knowledge: Tech/startup experience highly valued
Technical Skills:

• Advanced Excel & financial modeling
• ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent)
• Power BI/Tableau (preferred)
  Regional Expertise: UAE VAT/tax regulations knowledge
  Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, leadership, and business acumen
