Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and manage the annual budget, forecasts, and financial models.
- Analyze financial performance and variances, providing insights to senior management.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and summaries.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial health of the organization.
- Implement strategies to optimize cash management and working capital.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with other departments and entities to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
- Serve as a point of contact for external auditors and regulatory agencies.
Desired Candidate Profile
As an ideal candidate, you will need to have:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar capacity.
- ICWA / CMA Fully Qualified.
- Proven experience in finance management, accounting, or financial analysis within a manufacturing environment mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in financial software, Oracle, and Microsoft Office Suite.
