Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with company goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, offering insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Manage cash flow forecasts and budgets, proactively identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to maintain financial health.
  • Oversee financial audits, liaising with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulations and accuracy in financial reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA that demonstrate advanced financial expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive finance experience, ideally within a similar industry or sector.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
