Location: Blueline Furniture Factory LLC, Street #28, Industrial Area 11, Sharjah
Employment Type: Full-Time (6-month probation)
Salary Range: AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month

Blueline Furniture Factory LLC is a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality construction, fit out, and joinery solutions. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team and lead the financial operations of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, treasury, and general ledger.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cost analyses.
• Ensure full compliance with VAT, tax laws, and international accounting standards.
• Lead internal and external audits and maintain audit readiness.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk to support business growth.
• Implement improvements in financial systems, controls, and reporting procedures.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate with senior management on financial strategy and long-term planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certification preferred (CPA, CMA, CFA, CIA, etc.).
• 7-10 years' experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Industry experience in construction, fit out, or joinery is highly advantageous.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• High proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a factory environment and travel if required.
