Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end finance operations, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and daily financial activities.
Ensure full compliance with UAE and KSA regulations, including VAT, IFRS standards, and internal company policies.
Own and drive month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit readiness.
Establish, enhance, and enforce internal controls, financial policies, and governance frameworks to safeguard company assets.
Actively manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital, supporting treasury functions and optimizing financial health.
Oversee financial operations in a trading environment, including inventory accounting, cost control, and margin analysis.
Partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, providing actionable insights for business decisions.
Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives across the organization.
Manage relationships with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA / ACCA / CMA preferred).
Arabic fluency (mandatory) – must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders across UAE/KSA.
Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably within a trading or distribution environment.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and regional compliance frameworks (UAE/KSA).
Proven experience in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance financial reporting and operational execution.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
