Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst who qualifies to be approved by the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) as a Key Professional
This person should act as a qualified Financial Analyst (Key Professional) under SCA rules.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Prior experience in regulated financial institutions in the UAE (DFSA, ADGM, or SCA-regulated entities); OR previously passed relevant SCA/DFSA/ADGM examinations that may be recognized by SCA.
• Strong background in portfolio analysis, investment products, risk assessment, and financial reporting.
• Ability to support regulatory submissions and licensing processes.
• Experience in asset management, brokerage, or investment advisory.
• Understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements.
