Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement robust financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with operational objectives.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity, providing strategic insights to optimize working capital and support business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly desirable to demonstrate advanced financial expertise.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial management or accounting roles within a corporate environment.
- Experience in the specific industry, such as manufacturing, technology, or services, to bring relevant insights and knowledge.
