Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols, which involves meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of bank statements and financial records, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly, ensuring financial data integrity.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis, to provide insights into financial performance and support informed decision-making.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, contributing to the timely and accurate completion of financial statements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in financial principles.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), demonstrating professional expertise.
  • Has 3-5 years of experience in financial operations or a related role, showcasing practical application of financial knowledge.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS), ensuring accurate financial statements.
