Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with portfolio managers, product specialists, risk, operations, and compliance teams to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
  • Business Analysis: Document workflows for structured products, pricing engines, trade capture, risk analytics, settlement, and reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • System Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration of FinIQ modules, tailoring solutions to Wealth & Asset Management processes.
  • Integration Oversight: Coordinate integration projects with external systems (trading platforms, risk engines, compliance tools, settlement systems) using FIX, SWIFT, REST APIs, and MQ messaging.
  • Project Delivery: Lead UAT, training sessions, and change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new functionalities.
  • Process Expertise: Provide deep functional insights into structured products, wealth management workflows, trade lifecycle, reconciliation, and compliance reporting.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, enhance system performance, and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of techno-functional experience with the FinIQ platform in Wealth & Asset Management.
  • Hands-on expertise in FinIQ modules (structured products, pricing, risk, settlement, reporting).
  • Strong functional knowledge of wealth management workflows, structured product lifecycle, and compliance processes.
  • Familiarity with financial instruments: equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, structured products.
  • Technical understanding of SQL/Oracle databases, APIs, FIX protocol, SWIFT messaging, and Unix/Linux scripting (to collaborate effectively with technical teams).
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Wealth & Asset Management domain projects with structured products focus.
  • Exposure to FinIQ upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.
  • Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Prior experience working in the Middle East financial services sector is a plus
