Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Perform high-quality finishing carpentry works as per project specifications and design drawings.
  • Install aluminium doors, windows, frames, wall panels, partitions, skirting, cabinets, and ceiling panels accurately.
  • Ensure alignment, level, and surface finishing meet the required standards.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and project teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and ensure proper usage of carpentry tools and equipment.
  • Perform quality checks and rectify any defects or snags as directed.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of finishing carpentry experience in Facility Management (FM) projects.
  • Expertise in handling wood, veneer, laminates, and other finishing materials.
  • Ability to understand and work from technical drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in oil & gas project sites.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team under tight deadlines.
  • Good physical fitness and attention to detail.
