Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the finishing trades on-site, ensuring all work meets quality standards and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, managing schedules and resolving conflicts to maintain project timelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work progress, providing actionable feedback to workers to enhance performance and adherence to plans.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring all team members comply with regulations to prevent accidents.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A degree or diploma in construction management or a related field is preferred, providing a solid foundation in project oversight.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in finishing work, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of various finishing techniques.
  • Certifications in OSHA safety or similar training are essential to ensure compliance with industry safety standards.
  • Experience in residential or commercial construction is crucial, as it shapes the understanding of diverse project demands.
