Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The technician will be responsible for site maintenance, preventive maintenance (PPM), fault detection, system inspection, and AMC servicing of fire fighting systems. Candidates must have strong technical knowledge of mechanical fire protection systems, the ability to prepare service reports, and experience working on UAE fire safety projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, inspect, and maintain fire fighting systems and mechanical fire protection equipment.

  • Perform Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) according to the maintenance schedule.

  • Carry out AMC servicing and maintenance activities at client locations.

  • Detect faults and troubleshoot issues in fire fighting systems, pumps, valves, and mechanical components.

  • Conduct routine inspection, testing, and servicing of fire protection equipment.

  • Prepare and submit service reports, maintenance reports, and inspection documentation.

  • Ensure all maintenance work complies with UAE fire safety regulations and industry standards.

  • Support project teams during installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire protection systems.

  • Maintain proper documentation for maintenance activities and site servicing.

  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and safety gear
