Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and administrate all fire protection and firefighting services across the organization.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly review firefighting systems, goals, and procedures aligned with national and international standards.
  • Manage emergency response operations including fire, toxic gas, rescue incidents, and hazardous material incidents.
  • Plan and supervise fire prevention programs, emergency drills, and training for staff and emergency response teams.
  • Ensure technical specifications and maintenance standards for firefighting equipment and vehicles.
  • Evaluate fire risks in plant layout designs and recommend optimal fire protection systems.
  • Maintain compliance with local fire and safety regulations and coordinate with regulatory bodies.
  • Lead fire incident investigations and generate post-incident reports.
  • Monitor and manage firefighting budgets and maintain high morale among firefighting personnel.
  • Stay updated with advancements in firefighting science and technology.

  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Physically fit and capable of leading field operations under pressure.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in crisis management, fire risk assessment, incident prevention, and behavior-based safety.
  • Proven leadership, decision-making, and emergency command skills.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
