Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design firefighting and fire alarm systems in compliance with NFPA, Saudi Building
Code, and Civil Defense requirements.
Perform hydraulic calculations using software such as Elite Fire, HASS, or Revit MEP
tools.
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, and cost estimations for tenders and
ongoing projects.
Review and prepare shop drawings, single-line diagrams, and system layouts using
AutoCAD and Revit.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure technical accuracy and
compliance.
Prepare technical submittals and material selection based on project specifications and
budget.
Support the project team during design clarification, material approval, and project
handover stages.
Ensure system compatibility between fire alarm, firefighting, and mechanical/electrical
systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in wet, dry, foam, and clean agent systems.
Knowledge of low current systems (ELV) and integration with fire alarm systems.
Ability to prepare design reports, pump selection, and pressure zone distribution.
Strong background in Revit family creation for fire protection components.
