Roles & Responsibilities

Position
Under the hierarchical supervision of the Program Coordinator/Base Manager of the CRF, and the technical supervision of the MENA Geographic Area Manager of the CMRPS and the technical health advisors at CRF headquarters:
the Technical Delegate for First Aid and Pre-Hospital Care will have the following missions:
• Mission 1: Guarantee support to the CRM in the implementation of first aid, first aid and pre-hospital care activities in close collaboration with the CRM and CRF project managers
• Mission 2: Ensure, from a technical point of view, the quality of actions implemented in the areas of first aid, first aid and pre-hospital care
• Mission 3: Participate in maintaining partnership relations with stakeholders involved in the field of first aid, first aid and pre-hospital care
• Mission 4: Ensure monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning + participate in community engagement
HIERARCHICAL AND FUNCTIONAL LINKS
• Hierarchical link: from the Program Coordinator/CRF Base Manager
• Functional link:
• The MENA geographical area manager of the CMRPS
• The CRF headquarters health technical referents
Collaborates internally with:
• The support departments of the CRF delegation in Morocco (logistics, finance and HR)
• The DMI staff of the CRF delegation in Morocco (SERA, SMPS)
• The technical and support services of headquarters
Collaborates externally with:
• Works closely with the head of the first aid division and the national first aid coordinator of the CRM
• Humanitarian operational partners and the CR-CR Movement
Qualifications and experience
Bac +4/5 education in health or equivalent required, and possessing between 3 and 5 years (at least) of technical experience and project coordination in first aid, rescue and pre-hospital care in the international environment. Mandatory Job Requirements
• Excellent project management skills • Excellent communication and report writing skills • Analytical and synthesis skills • Technical and pedagogical expertise in first aid (Basic First Aid and Community First Aid) Solid understanding of emergency response chains and pre-hospital response • Experience in developing or adapting technical reference materials and training tools. • Technical expertise in first aid and/or pre-hospital care • Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions • Strong motivation to work in close partnership with a national partner • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Appreciated skills • Proficiency in
