Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site fit-out activities.
  • Review drawings and specifications; ensure work is carried out as per approved plans.
  • Manage and monitor subcontractors, carpenters, painters, electricians, and other tradesmen.
  • Ensure materials and workmanship meet the required standards.
  • Report daily progress to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.
  • Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
  • Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with company HSE policies.
  • Assist in scheduling, manpower planning, and allocation of resources.
  • Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Attend coordination meetings and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma / ITI in Civil, Interior, or Architectural field.
  • Minimum 8–15 years of experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or refurbishment projects.
  • Proven experience in commercial, retail, office, or hospitality fit-out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and site execution practices.
  • Ability to read drawings and manage site independently.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • UAE driving license (preferred).
