Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle: estimation, procurement, cost control, and final accounts
- Handle multiple fast-track residential fit-out projects simultaneously
- Prepare and evaluate BOQs, tenders, and subcontractor packages
- Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget
- Manage variations, claims, and change orders efficiently
- Liaise with project managers, site teams, and clients
- Ensure timely certification of payments and valuations
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

Desired Candidate Profile
Overview:
- Seeking a skilled QS with strong fast-track residential fit-out experience. Must be commercially sharp, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently to final account.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of UAE/GCC fit-out experience (residential preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Strong knowledge of fast-track project delivery
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in cost management software and Excel
- Familiar with UAE market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors
