Desired Candidate Profile
Key Requirements:
- Must be currently based in the UAE with valid residency visa (easily attainable international visa sponsorship available if needed)
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in fit-out technical management, with a proven track record in large-scale luxury projects.
- Proficiency in Revit is mandatory (advanced level must be able to produce, manage, and coordinate detailed technical drawings and shop drawings)
- Strong knowledge of fit-out processes including value engineering, material selection, coordination with MEP, and site execution
- Experience in managing technical teams, subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical issues on fast-paced luxury projects
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field
- Arabic fluency is ideal but not essential; strong English communication skills required (both written and verbal)
