Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements
-
Deliver engaging and professional fitness classes and personal training sessions tailored to guests needs.

Ensure all fitness areas, equipment, and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.

Demonstrate proper use of equipment and monitor guest safety during workouts.

Design and update fitness programs to suit varying fitness levels and objectives.
-
Promote the hotel s wellness services, spa treatments, and other recreational offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Certified fitness professional with a qualification or Diploma
- Proven experience as a fitness instructor or personal trainer, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate guests.
- Knowledge of various training techniques including strength, cardio, flexibility, and functional training.
- CPR and First Aid knowledge
- Professional appearance and a high standard of personal presentation.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Multilingual skills are an advantage (English and French).
