Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day fleet data entry, vehicle tracking, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, service, fuel logs, and insurance documents
- Support accounts team with data entry, invoice uploads, and reconciliation using Zoho Books
- Help monitor and update vehicle expense reports
- Coordinate with the operations and accounting departments for smooth workflow
- Ensure all digital records are up-to-date and filed correctly
- Generate basic reports for internal review
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (or diploma with experience)
- Basic working knowledge of Zoho Books or similar accounting software
- Familiarity with fleet systems or willingness to learn
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take initiative
- Good communication and organizational skills
