Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate fleet operations, optimizing vehicle utilization and minimizing downtime through proactive planning.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for maintenance, fuel, and insurance, securing favorable terms and ensuring service quality.
- Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs, extending vehicle lifecycles and reducing long-term costs.
- Analyze fleet data to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in fleet management, demonstrating expertise in the industry.
Exhibits a strong understanding of commercial vehicle types, maintenance, and repair procedures.
