Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Fleet Operations & Management
Oversee the complete fleet lifecycle, including vehicle acquisition, onboarding, maintenance, and disposal.
Implement industry best practices to improve fleet performance, operational efficiency, and compliance.
Monitor and ensure SLA and KPI adherence with workshops, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Conduct regular operational audits to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.
Collaborate with technology and ERP teams to enhance fleet management systems and reporting capabilities.
Develop strategies to improve vehicle utilization, reduce downtime, and optimize operational costs.
Desired Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a Fleet Manager who brings a strong mix of technical expertise, operational leadership, and process optimization skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Experience:
- 5+ years in fleet management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role managing mechanical and body repair operations.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of automobile maintenance, body repair, and diagnostics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and ERP fleet management systems.
- Experience with vendor negotiations, SLA management, and fleet compliance regulations.
