Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and organized candidate to join the Fleet Training team. The role involves supporting training operations, handling reports and data, and communicating effectively with fleet members and internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain reports using Excel
  • Export, organize, and track data
  • Send emails and follow up when needed
  • Support the preparation of presentations and training materials using PowerPoint and Word
  • Conduct training lectures and support coaching/quality sessions for fleet members
  • Coordinate with the team on training schedules and operational tasks
  • Monitor trainee engagement and provide support when needed

Job Qualfication

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong personality and ability to deal with people confidently
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Fast learner and team player
