Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Report on Aircraft on Time as per Flight Allocation.
■ Ensure to Follow Company Grooming & Hygiene Polices.
Wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when on the airside and as appropriate to the operational
environment and service being performed.
Check aircraft doors to avoid any damage before aircraft loading or unloading.
Ensure that the aircraft structure is clear of any barrier to avoid any ground incidents.
To Ensure all catering equipment's inside the High Loader are well secured with restraining Belts.
On time Loading/Handover of allocated flights as per PTS & GLP specification.
■ Flight Build Checks and Assemble as per Flight Schedule/ Customer Standards/ GLP (Galley Loading Plan)
Can deputize for the team leader as and when required.
Communication with Crew, for catering Handover and Invoice Sign off.
■ Ensures to Follow all Food Safety/ HACCP and Aviation Security Procedures.
Responsible for ensuring all invoices/ paperwork are returned after signature obtained by the Senior Cabin Crew.
Perform all Allocation duties as required by Senior/ Ramp Duty Officer.
Marshalling of Hi-Loaders in the Dispatch Area and inside the ERA (Equipment Restricted Area).
Responsible for accurate recording of On-Board Meal Temperatures.
Maintain HACCP standards, and appropriate documentation.
Clear communication with the Duty Officer and adherence to instructions.
Report all Incidents /Accidents /Incidents /Issues to the Duty Officer.
Ensure produced items are of sufficient quality to deliver customer satisfaction and all items are present.
Monitor the work processes of direct reports ensuring maximum productivity and coordination of production (flight &
3rd party)
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure effective communication and support internal initiative for improvement in
productivity.
Work closely with the HSEQ Team to ensure that the levels of food hygiene within the operation at least meet or exceed
regulatory and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of flight departures and productivity timings. Ensure specifications of production are up to
date and adhered to.
Assist to ensure that the resources of the department under the post holder's disposal are used in a way that supports
the development of the department as well as other revenue streams.
■ Crew Handover and VR (Voyage Report) reporting feedback.
Access saber to print PNL, and FNL for all flights.
■ Calculate passenger figures and SPML requests for each class and sector and pass KOT for flights as per the specified
percentage for provisional, revision (24hrs, 12hrs, 07hrs, and 04hrs before STD).
■ Generate and print ACDNs, Menu Specifications, and any other document required during the flight check and handover
process for all flights.
■ Any other duties as directed by the Operations Management Team according to the work requirements of the section.

Competencies and Skills
■ Ability to work in Chilled Locations of the Unit
Communication Skill: Fluent in English, Speaking / Reading & Writing.
■ Ability to Work in Harmony with different Nationalities.
■ Knowledge of Food Safety / HACCP / Safety & Security / Hygiene, product, and culinary trends, competent in In-Flight
Operations system, processes, and logistics.
Years and Type of Experience
■ Bachelor's degree OR Equivalent with 03 to 05 Years of experience in In-Flight Catering Company OR 07 Years of
experience in lnflight Catering Operations, with completed High School Certificate.
■ Experience on the Operations in handling various types of aircraft and customers including
Commercial/VIP/ ADHOC/PF/Private Jet.
