Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service flow

  • Supervise waiters, captains, hosts, and front-of-house staff

  • Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction

  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally

  • Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and performance

  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service

  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation standards

  • Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and guest handling

  • Assist in staff training and team motivation

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOPs

  • Support restaurant management in achieving sales and service targets

  • Prepare shift reports and operational updates when required

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred

  • Minimum 4 6 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/front-of-house management role

  • Strong leadership and customer service skills

  • Good communication and team management abilities

  • Experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant operations preferred

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle busy service periods

  • Gulf experience preferred
