Role Overview:

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day ground operations at the car sales facility. The role ensures a smooth customer experience through effective floor supervision, optimal vehicle display and parking management, and close monitoring of vehicle movement. The position plays a key role in supporting sales activities while maintaining order, safety, and efficiency across the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide customers upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.

• Supervise daily sales floor activities and provide on-ground support to the sales team.

• Manage the arrangement, presentation, and rotation of bid and sale vehicles on display.

• Plan and control parking allocation to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.

• Monitor and regulate vehicle movement within the premises, ensuring safety and accuracy.

• Coordinate vehicle positioning for customer viewings, test drives, and handovers.

• Maintain overall discipline, organization, and cleanliness of the sales floor and parking areas.

• Act as the main point of coordination between sales, operations, and ground staff.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards at all times.
