Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Acquisition & Lead Management

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales leads from walk-ins, digital platforms, phone calls, and referrals

  • Qualify leads by understanding customer budget, preferences, and buying intent

  • Maintain timely follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and sales

  • Build a personal pipeline to ensure consistent monthly sales performance

 

2. Customer Consultation & Sales Execution

  • Conduct professional consultations to assess customer requirements

  • Present suitable used vehicle options based on customer needs and affordability

  • Explain vehicle history, condition, warranty options, and value proposition clearly

  • Arrange and conduct test drives while ensuring customer safety and satisfaction

  • Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and offers within approved company guidelines

  • Close sales efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels

 

3. Product & Market Knowledge

  • Maintain strong knowledge of used car inventory including specifications, mileage, condition, and pricing

  • Stay updated on UAE used car market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demand

  • Understand vehicle valuation principles and pricing strategies

  • Provide market feedback to management to support inventory planning

 

4. Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure accurate and complete sales documentation including invoices, agreements, and transfer forms

  • Coordinate RTA vehicle ownership transfer, registration, and number plate procedures

  • Assist customers with insurance, financing, and extended warranty processes

  • Ensure compliance with UAE laws, company policies, and ethical sales standards

 

5. CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems

  • Track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress

  • Generate basic sales reports and updates for management review

  • Use CRM insights to improve conversion rates and customer retention

 

 6. After-Sales Support & Relationship Management

  • Ensure smooth handover of vehicles and customer onboarding

  • Address post-sale customer queries and coordinate with after-sales teams when required

  • Maintain long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals

  • Support customer satisfaction initiatives and brand reputation

 

7. Team Collaboration & Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with procurement, valuation, marketing, and operations teams

  • Coordinate vehicle availability, pricing approvals, and promotions

  • Share market intelligence and customer feedback with relevant stakeholders

  • Support showroom events, promotions, and sales campaigns

 

8. Performance & Target Management

  • Achieve individual sales targets for units sold, revenue, and margin

  • Track personal KPIs including conversion rates, average selling price, and customer satisfaction

  • Actively participate in performance reviews and sales meetings

  • Continuously improve selling skills through training and feedback

 

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in used car sales within the UAE

  • Bachelor in Administration or Commerce or Qualification in Sales

  • Strong knowledge of UAE automotive market, pricing, and customer preferences

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to close deals and work under pressure to meet targets

  • Familiarity with RTA procedures, vehicle registration, and transfer processes

  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional appearance and attitude

  • Proficient in English & Arabic

  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
