Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service flow

Monitor waiters, hosts, and service staff during operations

Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

Handle guest concerns and escalate issues when required

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service

Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation

Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and attendance

Assist in staff training and onboarding

Support reservation handling and guest seating arrangements

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOPs

Assist management in achieving operational and service goals

Prepare shift handover and daily operational updates if required

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred

Minimum 3 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations

At least 1 2 years of experience in a supervisory role preferred

Good leadership and team coordination skills

Strong customer service and communication abilities

Experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurants preferred

Ability to work under pressure during busy service hours

Gulf experience preferred
