Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring each piece reflects the customer's vision and preferences.
  • Manage inventory levels by ordering flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and availability for peak seasons.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering expert advice on floral choices and care, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in floral design or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a florist role, showcasing a strong portfolio of floral arrangements.
  • Certification in floral design from a recognized institution is preferred, demonstrating commitment to the craft.
  • Experience in event planning and execution, particularly in weddings or corporate functions, is highly valued.
