Roles & Responsibilities
Design and arrange unique floral displays for various occasions, ensuring each piece reflects the client's vision and preferences..
Provide expert advice to customers on flower care, arrangement styles, and seasonal selections to enhance their purchasing experience.
Create and manage floral orders for events, including weddings and corporate functions, ensuring timely delivery and setup.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in floral design is a significant advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail florist environment, showcasing a solid understanding of floral products and trends.
- Certification from a recognized floral design school or association, demonstrating commitment to the craft.
- Experience managing large floral orders for events, with a proven track record of successful delivery and client satisfaction.
