Roles & Responsibilities
Your journey is structured across three progressive phases, designed to build your capability, broaden your perspective, and prepare you for leadership within the Emirates Group.
Phase 1: Foundation and Business Exposure
You will build a strong understanding of the Emirates Group through structured rotations across key business areas. During this phase, you will:
- Develop core professional and leadership capabilities
- Contribute to live business projects from an early stage
- Be supported by a senior mentor who will guide your development
Phase 2: Global Exposure and Capability Building
You will expand your perspective through international exposure and increased responsibility across the business.During this phase, you will:
- Gain experience within our global network and operating environment
- Continue your structured development through leadership learning and professional qualifications
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
Phase 3: Specialisation and Strategic Impact
You will move into a more focused role aligned to your strengths and business priorities, building depth and ownership. During this phase, you will:
- Deepen yourexpertisein your chosen field
- Lead strategic initiatives or projects with visible business impact
- Engage with senior stakeholders on key business priorities
This phase prepares you for transition into a permanent role with increased responsibility and leadership expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking a select group of UAE Nationals with the potential to lead at scale and contribute to the long-term success of the Emirates Group.
To be eligible, you must:
- Be a UAE National with a Family Book
- Be aged 27 or below
- Hold a bachelor s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5
- Achieve IELTS 6 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each component
- Have between 0 and 2 years of experience
- Have completed National Service or hold a valid exemption
We look for individuals who demonstrate strong learning agility, accountability, and the ability to perform in high-performance environments. You should also be open to international exposure, including the opportunity to travel and, where required, spend time living and working abroad as part of your development journey.
