Job Title: Sales Executive cum Driver

Location: Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000/month (basic) + attractive incentives (Higher salary for experienced candidates)

Start Date: Immediate

Gulf Blue Line FZE is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive cum Driver to join our FMCG team in Dubai. This unique role combines sales, customer relationship management, and product delivery responsibilities, offering a hands-on experience in the fast-paced FMCG sector.

As a Sales Executive cum Driver, you will be the face of the company in the market. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering products to retail outlets, distributors, and direct clients, while actively promoting our range of FMCG products. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, provide product information, and identify opportunities to increase sales and market presence.

The role also involves gathering market intelligence, reporting competitor activities, and participating in marketing campaigns and promotional events. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to support sales initiatives and help achieve business targets.

Candidates with prior experience in well-known FMCG companies such as Best Foods, Mezzan, NTDE, Unikai, Almarai, Nestlé, Al Ain Dairy, Americana, Al Islami Foods, Mars, PepsiCo, Mondelez, Danone, Kraft Heinz, Coca-Cola, Red Bull, Hero Group, and other leading FMCG companies will be offered an attractive salary package. Priority will be given to candidates who have experience selling chips, snacks, or other food items. Freshers are also welcome, and training will be provided to ensure success in both delivery and sales responsibilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -

  • Drive company vehicle and deliver FMCG products to clients on assigned routes.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, and distributors.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

  • Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and field visits.

  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales, and market insights.

  • Ensure professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times.

Additional Responsibilities: -

  • Plan daily routes for efficient delivery schedules.

  • Report market insights and competitor activity to management.

  • Support sales campaigns and promotions in coordination with the team.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:-

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Valid UAE driving license.

  • Previous experience in FMCG companies such as Best Foods, Mezzan, NTDE, Unikai, Almarai, Nestlé, Al Ain Dairy, Americana, Al Islami Foods, Mars, PepsiCo, Mondelez, Danone, Kraft Heinz, Coca-Cola, Red Bull, Hero Group, and other leading FMCG companies is highly preferred.

  • Priority will be given to candidates who have worked with Best Foods or Mezzan and have experience selling chips, snacks, or other food items.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
