Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking for a Food and Beverages Executives to managing, preparing, and serving food and drinks while ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

  • Customer Service

    • Greet guests and present menus

    • Take accurate food and beverage orders

    • Provide recommendations based on customer preferences

    • Handle complaints professionally and promptly

  • Food & Beverage Preparation

    • Prepare and serve food and drinks according to standards

    • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes

    • Follow recipes and preparation guidelines strictly

  • Hygiene & Safety

    • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment

    • Follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards

    • Properly store food and beverages to prevent contamination

  • Order Management

    • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

    • Check orders before serving to ensure accuracy

    • Manage multiple tables or service requests efficiently

  • Inventory & Stock Control

    • Monitor stock levels of food and beverages

    • Assist in inventory checks and restocking

    • Minimize wastage and report shortages

  • Cash Handling & Billing

    • Process payments (cash, card, digital)

    • Prepare and present bills accurately

    • Maintain records of transactions if required

  • Teamwork & Communication

    • Work closely with kitchen and service teams

    • Communicate clearly regarding orders and special requests

    • Support colleagues during busy hours

  • Upselling & Promotions

    • Suggest additional items to enhance customer experience

    • Promote specials, combos, or new menu items

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, providing a solid foundation in the industry.

  • Minimum of 1 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, demonstrating a proven track record of success.

  • Experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant setting, showcasing an understanding of premium service standards.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability, highlighting strong financial acumen.
