Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking for a Food and Beverages Executives to managing, preparing, and serving food and drinks while ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Customer Service
Greet guests and present menus
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Provide recommendations based on customer preferences
Handle complaints professionally and promptly
Food & Beverage Preparation
Prepare and serve food and drinks according to standards
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes
Follow recipes and preparation guidelines strictly
Hygiene & Safety
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment
Follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Properly store food and beverages to prevent contamination
Order Management
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Check orders before serving to ensure accuracy
Manage multiple tables or service requests efficiently
Inventory & Stock Control
Monitor stock levels of food and beverages
Assist in inventory checks and restocking
Minimize wastage and report shortages
Cash Handling & Billing
Process payments (cash, card, digital)
Prepare and present bills accurately
Maintain records of transactions if required
Teamwork & Communication
Work closely with kitchen and service teams
Communicate clearly regarding orders and special requests
Support colleagues during busy hours
Upselling & Promotions
Suggest additional items to enhance customer experience
Promote specials, combos, or new menu items
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, providing a solid foundation in the industry.
Minimum of 1 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
Experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant setting, showcasing an understanding of premium service standards.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability, highlighting strong financial acumen.
