Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Should be a college/university graduate, or a similar field will be an asset. Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis Working knowledge of MS Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills. Committed and reliable. Work in close cooperation with the Kitchen and Stewarding to ensure a smooth-running operation. Ability to conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the departmental SOPs. Assist in handling any guest complaints or problems promptly and ensure that all resolved / unresolved incidents are reported to your Outlet Manager / Assistant Outlet Manager. Used coaching techniques and motivation to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction. Assist the Outlet Manager/Assistant. Manager in the operation and validate all the Standards and Procedures for the department.
