As Food & Beverage Manager, you are the conductor of the hotel's culinary experience. You lead the teams with energy and vision, while ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and high quality standards.

You are responsible for:

• Managing, training and inspiring the Food & Beverage teams on a daily basis, in a collaborative and supportive spirit.

• Ensure compliance with and application of brand standards

• To develop and implement innovative culinary concepts and offers tailored to our customers' expectations

• To create memorable gastronomic experiences, linked to local identity and current trends

• Holder of a higher education degree in hospitality and possessing solid experience in Food & Beverage management
