Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
Oversee restaurant(s), in-room dining, bars, and banquet operations
Drive guest satisfaction, revenue, and cost control (labor, COGS, wastage)
Manage menus/promotions with Culinary & Marketing; ensure brand consistency
Lead staff hiring, training, and performance management
Ensure HACCP/food safety compliance and exceptional service standards
Preferred Qualifications :
5 7+ years in F&B with multi-outlet leadership in luxury hospitality
Strong financial acumen and guest-experience focus
