Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Food & HSE Compliance In-Charge to lead compliance, audits, and training across our operations. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with large blue-collar teams, and the ability to drive high standards in a fast-paced e-commerce or FMCG environment.

  • Lead and manage Food Safety & HSE compliance across all operational areas.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure readiness for external audits (ISO, municipality, regulatory).
  • Maintain and update all food safety and HSE documentation, SOPs, and risk assessments.
  • Drive incident reporting, root-cause analysis, and corrective action closure.
  • Act as the internal trainer for food safety, hygiene, and HSE programs for staff across all shifts.
  • Ensure strict implementation of HACCP, ISO, PIC requirements, and UAE regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and QA teams to maintain compliance across cold chain, handling, storage, waste management, transport, and facility hygiene.
  • Manage compliance for large teams (blue-collar workforce experience is essential).
  • Support customer audits, third-party inspections, and regulatory visits.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Postgraduate degree in Food Science or related field – mandatory.
  • Internal Trainer Certification – mandatory
  • ISO Lead Auditor Certification – mandatory.
  • NEBOSH Certification – mandatory.
  • Advanced Food Safety Level IV – mandatory
  • HACCP Level V – required.
  • PIC Certification – required.
